It is uncommon for them to give me my order right away; most of the time they ask me to park and wait. The wait can be frustrating, and the service can be slow. I have encountered situations where I placed my order and then had to wait 5-10 minutes, only for another car to arrive and receive their order before me.

The famous chain McDonald's is very stingy! They are unwilling to provide customers with ketchup. Very stingy indeed.

This restaurant is very clean and offers great customer service.
