A Pizza Plus - Calgary

Every year when we visit our family in Calgary, this place is our go-to pizza place. The crust is just right and the cheese is thick and baked to perfection (like a quality baked lasagna).Do yourself a favor and indulge with a pie from A Pizza Plus!

Ordered a gluten-free pizza for take out. Watched the owner take it out of the oven in a pan that was used to cook regular pizza. Proceeded to place it on the cutting board that cut 1000 other pizzas without being cleaned and cut it with a knife used to cut the same thousand pizzas again without cleaning. If you can't follow a gluten-free regime don't offer a gluten-free pizza please. I felt sick for two days after. Crust was very dry rice flour, overcooked just to make it a little bit more dry. True celiac's cannot eat here.

I was impressed with the pizza It tasted very fresh and the tomato sauce was very delicious So happy I found something affordable in the area...so sick of pizza 73!! Check it out! 2 for 1 always :)

This was probably the best pizza that I have ever eaten. It is better then something your mother would prepare, I am not kidding.. The prices are incredible. Fast service. I stopped here after a 10km road race (running). I think the owner gave me his best pepperoni pizza. I would most definitely go back here. Like this weekend, I am running in Fish Creek Park.

Don't let the decor (or lack there of) fool you. This little pick up restaurant makes one of the best pizzas in Calgary and they do so a very reasonable price. It's always busy and that won't surprise anyone who's tried their pizza.
