Chatime - Calgary

Unfriendly staffs. Hope they should think about what customer service is. I really like their milk tea but most of the time I visited this branch, I got offended. Especially she seems to be trying not to see the customer's face. Or are they usually so tired that they can't say hi or something to customers? This is why I visit the Marda loop branch far from my place to get bubble tea instead of this one. :

Used to be very good but when I ordered a Large Chatime Thai Milk Tea, what I got was a small amount of actual tea mixed with chocolate. I definitely will not come here again

The location is currently closed due to water leaks pipes bursting it has been closed for the past 25 days

I dont even want to give one star for the Chatime in Chinatown location. Their customer service is super bad. Never ever come back again ????????

Fantastic drinks. Service is generally slow and staff look like they'd rather do just about anything else in the world than be there. Some tables were really wobbly and caused a near spill. Would prefer to enjoy my drinks just about anywhere else.... Absolutely delicious though
