Craft Beer Market - Calgary

Stopped in for a late lunch on a recent Saturday. Craft was fairly quiet and we were welcomed by the hostesses and seated quickly. Kylie W was our server and was friendly and responsive. We shared an appetizer version of the fish tacos (same portion as the meal version but without the side of fries or salad) which were fresh and tasty. We also had the Brewmasters Chicken Sandwich which was delicious and filling. We chose to have the fries with that and they came with a nice blend of salt and pepper. Everything arrived very hot and obviously had not spent any time waiting to be picked up from the kitchen, sometimes a pet peeve of mine.Quick, friendly service, good food, beer choices up the ying yang, and clean bathrooms. Craft was everything we needed for a quick lunch on a Saturday.

We (my husband and I) had lunch and I am very pleased. I ordered the Ahi Poke Bowl and I fell in love with it. A must try dish. My husband ordered Poutine tasty as well, we find it a big serving which 2 can share. We are also impress with the interior of the place. The tubes of the brewed beer, the lights, service is good...the totally is really nice.

We first visited Craft Beer Market in February and were super impressed with the food and selection of taps. We were back in Calgary in July and visited two more times, and were equally impressed. this is one of the best selections of taps we have ever experienced, and the $4 happy hour on all local brews is an excellent value. The food really stands up too. It's not ordinary boring pub food. On a recent visit our table sampled the mac and cheese, fish tacos, turkey lettuce wraps, and the bacon and cheese stuffed grilled sandwich and all were simply fantastic. Service is amazing; the servers know their stuff and are happy to bring samples so you know what you are getting. Can't wait until we are back in Calgary again!

Pros: Delicious beer flight. Try the local and belgian brews. Shrimp tacos are tasty. Quick service. Beautiful interior design. Cons: Pricey.
