A friend told me about this place and said it was great. We were very disappointed when we went.This is a CUSTOM sandwich order system where you choose the toppings for your sandwich. We made our sandwich order at the front, I asked for no butter, yes to mayo, no to onions. I ordered a hot chocolate with NO whip cream or marshmallows or anything else. I should have known how things were going to go when the hot choc showed up with a mountain of whipped cream. I asked them to take it back and start again. When I got my drink there was 1/2 cup of foam, once I removed that, the 1/2 cup of warm choc was ok.The sandwich came with butter, with onions, no mayo. If this was a standard sandwich shop and those things came with my sandwich I wouldn't care so much but when you order a CUSTOM sandwich from a CUSTOM sandwich shop....and get a generic one....there is something wrong with that. Parking was a hassle but that ended up to be the least of our troubles. I won't be back.
