Wendy's - Calgary

I live no where near this Wendy's and yet I've been here more often than I normally wouldNow let's get a few things clear first.

I'm in one of those phases where my life is on a downward spiral, so Wendy's feels like an appropriate theme-food.

This Wendy's marks my favourite Wendy's in all of Calgary. Why you ask? Because I've spent SO much time here and it brings me right back to the good ol'

Went in for lunch Saturday and ordered burgers and fries and a chicken bit combo with fries. Was told the combo would take 4 minutes and they'd bring it to the table I sat down with my son and could Hear swearing in the kitchen and laughter like they thought it was funny .my son said dad these fries are cold. I tried one and yes....cold.About 6 minutes past and no food so I went and stood by the order counter and watched 3 people act like idiots and watched my food sit under a heat lamp ready to go for another 3 minutes before mr cool decided to bring it to me standing at the counter I gave my son my fries ate my 3 small chicken bites and left.We won't be back

Grabbing a bowl of chilli still soemthing I do from time. Just the right size for a quick bite. I like kidney beans, the onions and beef balance this visit.
