É um restaurante requintado que me daria uma estrela Michelin se eu trabalhasse para a Michelin. Então, se você está na área e quer um jantar requintado, este lugar é o lugar para você.

Although at the high end of the local price scale, eating along with the service far exceeded expectations. we decided to eat here in our last night as tasty bites, but we wanted to come earlier. the presentation of the plates was great, but it was the quality of the foods that stood out for us. would recommend it.

My wife and I, together with two other couples, stay in saccharum and ate dinner in alambique the first night here. the eating was fantastic, the decoration was amazing, but the bright star in a very bright sky was our server, annabel. from the moment we set ourselves, she was attentive, friendly and expected our needs before we knew we needed something! her service was so great that we decided to find dinner in the city and instead ate again at alambique. drinks were in front of place, eating was impeccable, presentation was nice, but all six of us agree that the service that annabel had provided us both nights, above what we all expect lately. I have a serious allergy, and she treated my order as if she would protect a beloved family member from being seriously ill. that means so much to me, and on this way was only the beginning. every member of our six group of people has been greeted and therefore we will eat there again tomorrow, despite the numerous possibilities to eat elsewhere. this assessment in no wise should however be the amazing love and care, the kitchen in every hearty bite we had, and how the other employees treated our group with ease and nothing but smiling and accommodation. we now have a total of 15 different drinks, 5 different appetizers, 2 suppen, 8 entrees, 9 main courses and other items with their tasting menu. in short: incomparable service by annabel. World-class food. magazine worthy presentation and decoration. I hope that alambique and saccharum know that they have a superstar who works for them annabel. I know we're doing this!
