Starbucks - Calhoun

This morning, while traveling home from Florida, we stopped by this Starbucks. Despite a bit of a wait, our drinks were excellent, and the service was outstanding. Our barista, Ember, was sweet and delightful. We highly recommend this Starbucks to anyone passing through, as the staff truly understands what great customer service is all about.

The hours can be quite unpredictable; sometimes they’re open and other times they're not. There are instances when they block an exit with cones, while at other times they don’t. The drinks can be inconsistent—sometimes they nail it, but other times it's a toss-up. Overall, the experience is mostly positive, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars. However, the erratic hours can be quite frustrating, especially since this is the only drive-thru Starbucks in town.

Don't let some of the other reviews mislead you! This Starbucks location is my absolute favorite. It's the highlight of my day whenever I can stop by. The staff is always cheerful and brings great energy, even during busy times when they might be short-staffed or dealing with deliveries. They greet everyone warmly and genuinely seem happy to see me when I visit. I also love using the mobile app for my orders. In the past two years, I've only had my order messed up maybe two or three times, which I consider a win since that means the other 600 times have gone perfectly.

I delivered 50 ice bags to this place, these people are cool and if I were a millionaire, I would definitely go there and buy Coffe there

If you're on your way to Chattanooga or leaving Atlanta heading north on I-75, this Starbucks is conveniently located just far enough away from the notorious traffic jam that is I-75 north of 285, making it an ideal spot for a bathroom break or caffeine fix. It's only about a mile off the interstate (on your left when heading north), so it's a perfect stop during your road trip. Despite its remote location in Georgia, the drive-thru line is always busy. To avoid the chaos, I recommend ordering ahead through the mobile app and picking up in-store. Aside from its convenient location, this Starbucks is pretty standard, which is just fine by me.
