Casa do Farol - Câmara de Lobos

Had a late lunch at Casa do Farol. Had the picado do carne and scabbard fish . Both were very good. Theirs 2 sizes of the picado do carne. Waiter told us not to order the larger one , and he was right. The std size was big. The scabbard fish is very lightly breaded and tasted really good. First time trying it , and we will definitely eat it again. We were on the patio , but they have a very nice indoor setup. 2 seperate sides with lots of character. Theirs 2 seperate menus also. A lunch menu which is what we ordered from and the dinner menu. Keep in mind that they have 2 menus here. The lunch menu and the dinner menu. They will often give you the dinner menu. Ask for the lunch menu. Less options, but for lunch it's a better cost option.

Good food, some of the best calamari I've had! I really enjoyed the poncha tropical. The restaurant has plenty of space, the service is on the level. I liked the dessert menu the waiter brought all the available desserts on a platter and told us about them. We ordered the chocolate cheesecake, it was very good.

Ótimo serviço. O prato misto de peixe foi incrível. Peixe perfeitamente cozido. A Nikita complementar no final foi incrível. Se tivéssemos mais tempo, teríamos ficado mais tempo para comer mais comidas e bebidas incríveis.

Tudo bem, mas a faixa de preço não é uma moeda. Tem produto fresco, principalmente se pedir peixe, mas uma porção de sardinha é cara considerando que vem em 4 unidades. Eu não repetiria.

Die Karte wurde geändert (05/2022), es gibt nun einen veganen Hamburger mit dem üblichen Nichtfleisch-Patty, dafür keine gefüllte Paprika. Nichts besonderes, aber nette Bedienung, Preis ok, keine Verständigungsprobleme mit dem Personal. Die zweite Option für Veganer sind Spaghetti, ansonsten gibt es noch eine vegetarische Quiche.
