Thank you Jacky for your friendly service. I throughly enjoyed my Carmel Apples. So fresh n juicy. Also for sharing information on storing my second Carmel Apple with nuts so it would be still fresh later. Absolutely service.

The ABSOLUTE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I couldn't believe how rude and disrespectful the kids(employees) were. I will never walk back into that shop again. I would rather spend a little more and buy from a local humble mom and pop shop or a mom that makes apples. THEN TO EVER WALK BACK INTO RM and be completely DISRESPECTED again.

I can clearly now see why this location has the stars they have. There was a mistake in my order a few days ago and I brought it up to the store and spoke with management and he told me that I would have to drive 30miles yet again to grab the correct chocolate and pay the difference. Keep in mind I buy here pretty often for my mother who adores these delicious chocolates. (Also they are pretty expensive) instead of understanding that 30miles is a lot of gas and time and compensating for the problem that accrued he went as far as to telling me that no matter what I feel or think the only solution was to come back and pay the difference for the chocolate because he will lose money......it's f chocolate and I'm losing time and money just to come back and retrieve my correct order. This is an example of poor customer service. I would have been fine to drive and get the correct product and be on my way. I don't usually even write yelp reviews but they really grinded my gears. The manager was also and a because he said this particular location was privately owned so I guess that made him feel more ok with the poor choice of words/helpfulness. My mom is literally 72 and loves these chocolates. All I wanted was the correct things. I am beyond annoyed.

They have the most yummy caramel apples the cashier was a sweetheart! Def recommend the strawberry shortcake apple!
