Zizzi - Camberley

We had a great evening out with friends for dinner at Zizzi. The food was all fresh and came in good time, the staff were very friendly and it was all clean. The only mishap we encountered was a problem with one of our orders the wrong button was pushed on the electronic ordering system, so one of us had to wait a little while to have a main cooked again. To their credit, it was fresh and hot from the kitchen, and all our food was nice, but we didn't all get served at quite the same time. The servers were apologetic and very nice about it, and these things happen, it didn't spoil the evening. I'm sure we would have a 5 star experience next time.

Welcoming staff and constantly good food we come here a lot when shopping at mall

Told two members of staff that my super zucca salad was tastless, dry and looked old. Bit of orange humous smear was dried abs had dripped down side of plate and separated as if it had been warned then left to go cold. I left over a 1/3 of it as just couldn't eat anymore it has zero flavour the menu boasted about. Neither of the serving staff acknowledged my comments nor commented . They ignored me one was male, doing all the work, which the other, female who talked all the time to other female staff, largely ignored our group . The place was mainly empty, it was early. Five ish. We had to call staff to be served , get water, get cleared and get the bill. We left as soon as we Could. Maybe the chef should taste his/her food before sending as very little of our five meals had any flavour, were not worth the money charged . .

Quite a large Zizi. Nice decor and the usual Italian esq menu. Wasn't busy at all Easter Sunday evening.
