Burleigh Arms - Cambridge

In the last nine years I was in many pubs in cambridge. the burleigh arms, after the renovation and the change of menu, has become one of my favorite pubs in the city. it literally tick all boxes, friendly staff, beautiful decoration, beautiful selection of beers from local brewery, and amazing eating. Personally, I think that this pub and the free press have the best eating among all pubs in cambridge.

Excellent pub directly at midsummer common and the river. first trip was due to a recommendation; return is based on the very beautiful feeling, wells selection on cask and decent exterior seats. this pub took the dinge in a somewhat more interesting direction than some of the mainstream or uni-based options. if they are looking for a good place with a warm, modernized look, try it.

I love this place. it's just a few minutes to walk from my apartment. food quality is actually quite high for a pub. I loved her scallops and her muddles. it is a beautiful place to see football matches. the ambiente is a charming but not cramped pub.

The most important thing: the food. Oh boy it was good! The vibe is cool and relaxed with music in the background. We really liked the oak tables. They have alsoa beer garden.The staff is friendly and polite, not taking offence that I thought his British accent sounded Aussie to me Definitely going back!
