Loved this place Food was amazing I had fillet with peppercorn sauce Husband had the salmon.

A little hard to find, only just off the beaten trackThis well decorated restaurant has a lovely view of the river.

An extensive hand crafted cocktail menu almost makes up for the lack of beer selection £40 for half a lobster tail and an 8 oz sirloin.

We were warmly greeted by the staff as soon as we entered the restaurant, especially by the lady who welcomed us. We were seated at a lovely table overlooking the river and the food was excellent, particularly the prawns we had for starters. I ordered the sea bass and didn't realize it was served whole. I asked the waiter to remove the head for me, which he did quickly and filleted it at the table with exceptional service. Despite being too full for dessert, the staff surprised my friend with a small dessert with "Happy Birthday" written on the plate, which she found delicious and appreciated. We would definitely come back to this restaurant when in Cambridge. The only suggestion I have is to offer smaller sizes of steak on the menu as the portion sizes were quite large.

The service was excellent, they made a great effort to give us the window table we asked for. The food and wine were fantastic.
