The Senate - Cambridge

While at Trinity Chapel for a wedding rehearsal, we wandered off the grounds in search of lunch.

Unpretentious cafe come restaurant. Good service and really tasty, well cooked food with some interesting flavour combinations

Fantastic meal in a good central Cambridge location. We sat in the rear of the restaurant which was nice, but very hot owing to proximity to the kitchen would ask to sit in front in future. Food decent value and portions were huge. Had no room for dessert on this occasion so will definitely be back, as there were at least three things on the dessert menu I’d like to try

Our first visit to the senate and we will definitely be going back. Great choice on the menu, food was good quality and well cooked
