As for my original review, I've enjoyed this place for almost five years. My partner and I have celebrated birthdays and anniversaries here. The food is fantastic, and the service from the staff is top-notch. It's easily the best Italian restaurant experience I've had outside of Italy. However, it's frustrating that I need to check the weather report before going inside. If it's over 80 degrees, the place can be unbearable. There have been times when the air conditioning was working, but often it's either broken or barely functioning. It's 2021, and while I don't know much about air conditioning, I do know there must be a reliable way to fix it once and for all. Recently, I felt sorry for the staff. My spouse and I, along with the table next to us, were asking the servers about the AC situation. Their responses were careful and diplomatic, but you could see the sweat dripping down their faces. They were even fetching us extra water and ice without us asking. What’s going on? Do the owners rent this space? If so, they should speak to the landlord. THIS IS GIULIA! If the owners own the building, that’s even worse. They’re putting their staff through tough conditions just to save a few bucks. What other corners are they cutting? Why jeopardize their reputation? They need to address this issue. Until the AC is fixed, we won’t be returning. And to the wonderful staff: find a place where you are valued. To the owners: shame on you.

We ordered the semolina cakes, which were somewhat interesting but rather understated. The Prosciutto plate was decent, and the Burrata was enjoyable. However, it felt like there was more emphasis on presentation and sourcing than actual preparation. I also tried the Tagliatelle with mushrooms, which lacked any standout flavors and seemed unbalanced—too sweet without enough salt or spice; the mushrooms were virtually undetectable. Overall, it didn't live up to the elevated standard you'd expect for the price. Considering the small portions, high prices, the difficulty of making reservations, and the unremarkable dishes, it simply wasn't worth it.
