Panera Bread - Cambridge

I come her all the time for bread cookies. How ever is one most filty places you can eat. They put all their dishes into one place to clean it. ????More over one of so called managers of this named sean is worst person you can meet no customer serviceshe swears Angry all time. He has no respect for his co workers. More over he smells like toilet absolutely he lacksprofessionalism and no customer srvices at all. definitely i will not go back to this place again. i definitely don't recommend this place to no one.

I have frequent this Panera over the last year. The service has been questionable. But upon my last visit, a manager who I 've never seen before, named Sean , threat throw me out if I didn 't purchase something less than 2 minutes after entering the storeand sitting down. That 's a person of color, it 's kind of selective treatment is not inducive to make want to spend my money in aplace of business so uninviting. Several minutes later, Sean approached me again, leaned into my face, and t threatened withpolice action. So I decided to wait for the intervention of Cambridge Police.

The food is excellent, but the service leaves much to be desired. The staff were rude and abrupt, and I had to wait 40 minutes for my meal because it wasn’t prepared in a timely manner.

I ordered two soups, and one had plastic in it while the other had hair. When I returned to Panera to request a refund, the manager accused us of lying and said we must have put it in ourselves. Gerald is the worst manager I've ever dealt with. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you're okay with finding hair and plastic in your food and not getting a refund.

I dined at this restaurant, and I witnessed the manager, Sean, swearing at a customer. That behavior is unprofessional. I won’t be returning to this establishment. Sean also shows ignorance and a lack of respect toward his coworkers. I do not recommend this place.
