Subway - Cambridge City

I decided to give this Subway another try today, and guess what? They were out of meatballs! They have the ultimate cheesy garlic bread meatball marinara advertised all over their doors and windows, yet they had no meatballs available at 1:00 PM—well before closing time. It's really disappointing that they're out of a key ingredient for a sandwich they're actively promoting. What a shame.

I am not a fan of the chicken bacon ranch since they switched to rotisserie chicken. It completely altered the flavor of the sandwich, so I won't be ordering it again.

Mobile order was made incorrectly. When calling the store to ask to remake employee argued that the sandwich was made correctly (we were looking at our receipt and the sandwich received which stated otherwise . The manager then got on the phone and also argued the sandwich was made correctly. Offered to bring in receipt and sandwich. The manager said he would just remake it and asked what we'd like on it needless to say it was a soupy mess when we got the sub. :

Best area Subway! Management and staff really care about customers and will do whatever it takes to ensure a good experience. It's not common to actually enjoy a fast food restaurant, but this one is an exception. We need more restaurants like this!
