Pizza Hut - Camby

I had a good experience with the food, and the service was impressively fast. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to a past issue I had with one of their locations on Washington Street. I ordered a pizza, but it took nearly two and a half hours to arrive because my order was messed up twice. To make matters worse, the driver forgot an item and had to turn back. Eventually, the manager called me and offered to give me a free pizza the next day instead. While I appreciated the gesture, it was disappointing overall.

For many years, I was a loyal Pizza Hut customer and enjoyed the best pizza ever. However, about five years ago, the quality began to decline—it had old crusts, lacked toppings, and even when I ordered extra cheese, it was hardly there. I eventually stopped ordering. But last night, December 19, 2021, I decided to give them another chance. I'm happy to say that my pizza was fantastic! It was just like it used to be, with plenty of cheese. I will definitely order again and hope for another high-quality pizza. Merry Christmas!
