Let’s talk about the menu. We ordered Elotes, Small Nachos with Spicy Pork, 2 Campenchano Tacos, Birria Tacos, and a side of rice and beans. To drink, we chose Lemonade and Pineapple. Sigh! Our drinks arrived first, and my pineapple drink was incredibly fresh and delicious—just what I needed on a hot summer day. My husband enjoyed his lemonade but definitely preferred my drink. Next up were the Elotes. SMH!!! When I say that corn was fantastic, I'm still smiling just thinking about it. The waitress also brought us some hot pepper seasoning to sprinkle on the corn, which I found pretty spicy, so I used it sparingly. Then our nachos, tacos, rice, and beans arrived. My husband had never tried Birria tacos before, but he sure knows about them now! He was so engrossed in his meal that he stopped talking to me! I managed to snag a bite, and of course, I wanted more. The nachos were irresistible, and I had a hard time putting them down, but I had to shift my focus to the tacos. The meat was succulent, tender, and packed with flavor. The green and red salsas added just the right amount of kick to the tacos. They were absolutely delicious. The rice and beans were just as tasty as everything else. We are so thrilled to have discovered this place and are definitely going to be regulars from now on!
