When I called, the price they quoted was different from what was listed on the app and website. They explained that in-store prices are different from app or online prices, which I find hard to believe. You've just lost a customer! - T. Sadler
I ordered food while I had takeout from another place, so I sat down in the takeout area, which has no tables. An employee politely asked me if I could sit in the dining area, and I agreed and continued eating. Then, the manager approached me and asked who I was. I explained that I was a customer waiting for my food. To my surprise, she insisted that I get up and wait outside. I informed her that I was an out-of-town truck driver, parked behind the plaza, and I just needed to eat since I hadn’t eaten all day. Her response was dismissive—she said, “I don’t care, you can’t be in the dining area.” I noticed that employees had left their hats and cups on tables while on break, and I offered to clean up after myself, but she refused to listen. As a result, I had to stand outside in the 96-degree heat waiting for my pizza. Overall, this was a very negative experience that really needs to be addressed by management.
I had the worst experience at Camilla tonight; the drive-thru service was terrible.
Garbage service, workers are rude and they made out order wrong two times and when they were making the correct order they told us that they were closed and will not make our food and told us they will call the cops if we don’t leave. We got scammed for $47. Never come here
People looked like they just put on any type of clothes and some of them don't wash there hands
