We enjoyed the weather and sat outdoors. The mac n cheese was cheesy, the fries were salty and crunchy, the pulled pork sliders and brisket sandwich melt in your mouth! Will definitely come back again !
After spending a awesome time at Apple Hill, my wife and I decided to go get some barbecue at ring of fire barbecue. We were not disappointed this place is on point, brisket was absolutely delicious juicy and amazing flavor, my wife had the sliders and she loved them. Staff are polite and professional place is very clean and cozy very comfortable. parking not a problem, wonderful place.
Went to apple hill for the day came here for lunch and so glad we got to try this deliciousness! Ordered the 3 meat combo and all the meat was incredibly smoked and so tender and full if flavors! The ribs are amazing, the tri tip was cooked prefect! Loved all the side dishes: the baked beans are so good. Loved their version; MSc and cheese was cheesy! Definitely recommend!
We came at the recommendation of our realtor, he spoke highly and this place did not disappoint. Excellent BBQ selections, he said try the Tri-tip but it was sold out. However the brisket sandwich was so tender and delicious! And the potato salad was so tasty. The two meat sampler with brisket and pulled pork was equally amazing, I know because I ate half my husbands. The Mac and cheese was sooo good, I'll order myself one next time so he gets some. Great beer, friendly staff, great food. 10/10!
7/24/2022: Third visit, i.e., finally the doors are open but, my brother, Albert is too far away eating Sunday dinner with me-he's now skulking Fargo, North Dakota as I'm writing this review. Anyway, I ordered three meats and three sides but seriously, I was planning taking the meal to go; however, I was fished in when I saw ROFBBQ had listed Solid Grounds' Kabru IPA, 7.5% alcohol brew content which ultimately, was the clinching factor staying eating at the establishment rather than taking home Sunday's dinner. Comparatively, ROFBBQ's fare were more tender but, a tad on the dry side; not really juicy. The meat portions were surprisingly slim. Next time, I hope Albert will critique ROFBBQ, too.
