I discovered this amazing tractor through friends. I was told you want to eat a good piemtese fried? The Piedmont fried was not new to me but I must say that this is the RE of the Piedmontese fried. I'd say. Equally good the sliced, wet caud and raw meat, all served in big dishes from which you could take what you wanted... Thanks to my friend for bringing me and compliments to the locaty for the great dishes and also for the people.... Only regret, not having been able to taste agnolotti but I will not miss the next time because once you will surely be there....

Beautiful trattoria of Monferrato, we have made tasting menus, three appetizers and tunaed calf, the latter of an indescribable goodness, fried mixed to Piemontese 10 and praise, bunet and good hazelnut cake, I recommend it.

Sono stato in questa Trattoria per gustare il Fritto Misto Alla Piemontese. In attesa del Fritto, veramente leggerissimo, abbondante e squisito, ho assaggiato degli ottimi peperoni con la bagna cauda. Cercherò di tornarci presto con un gruppo di amici. Il mio compagno ed io ci siamo fermati a mangiare in questa trattoria per puro caso ed è stata la scelta migliore che potessimo fare. Elisa e suo marito ci hanno accolto con i piatti tipici della tradizione piemontese. Ricordo ancora quella carne cruda ed il fritto impeccabile. Anche gli agnolotti al ragù erano squisiti. A fine pranzo ci siamo fermati a fare due chiacchiere proprio un bel posto ve lo consiglio vivamente Grazie per questa bellissima esperienza.
