Yummy Japan - Camp Hill

For some reason, I usually overlook Teriyaki Express when I'm grabbing a bite at the mall, but today it became my top choice for a meal! I was excited to discover the Poke bowl on the menu and opted for the spicy salmon bowl with sushi rice. It was topped with mango chunks, pickled radishes, arugula, and, of course, fresh salmon. The cook who prepared it had such a positive energy, and when I saw the bowl, I couldn't help but smile! It tasted even better than it looked! The salmon was incredibly fresh, and even though the bowl was small, it was hearty and satisfying. They even added two adorable chocolate hearts and some Pocky sticks on the side. The presentation was delightful! A huge thank you to the cook at Teriyaki Express—I’ll definitely be back soon!

I tried the chicken teriyaki with brown rice and vegetables. It was delicious. The wort was perfectly tender with the meat and the vegetables had some sweetness. This meal had the perfect salt-sweet ratio. I'll go back here to try new things in the menu.

Love everything they do. The owner always greets us warmly and he always tries to make my child wave him. It's just great food and smile here.
