The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf

My family has been going to this location for a while now, however there’s been a turn in the customer care lately. Seems like all the kids they’re hiring just don’t have the time to be personable, or speak to the patrons they serve. Past three times I’ve gone through the drive thru, I’ve gotten horrible service, no “hi” or “hellos” just a flat expression. Today I asked for a drink carrier and the guy literally groaned like it was just too difficult a request... it’s just not a pleasant experience, and it’s been from multiple newer staff members, just really makes me not want to go back at all.

Just went there and got a Chai Tea Latte and scone. Definitely was not one as the Chai Tea Latte was more water than anything. Also the scone did not taste like a scone. I have been here a couple of times in the past hoping that it would get better on the Chai Tea Latte but it hasn't. Staff is friendly. Place should get an upgrade or turn it into a Starbucks. Will not be going here anymore.

Drive thru is always very quick with orders, only a few minutes and you'll typically be out of there and on your way. I recommend.

Great coffee just wish it was in a better location.

This place has really good variety of caffeinated and regular drinks for those early mornings. The staff are very polite and quick about their work, the coffee is good, the tea is good and so are the bagels. The drive through is quick and organized and the menus are simple to understand. The prices are fair and cheaper then other stores as well. Great service good products. Would highly reccomend.
