Írjon visszajelzéstLocated on the second floor of the Pruneyard, we stumbled upon this charming restaurant. While it appeared small and cozy from the outside, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was quite spacious inside and buzzing with activity, even on a Tuesday evening. We enjoyed a delightful family birthday dinner in the bar area, and it was our first visit here. The bartender was exceptional and exceeded our expectations, truly making our outing worthwhile. We tried the sushi, and the specialty rolls were quite tasty. The draft beer was reasonably priced at $7, with a nice selection on tap, including Mango Cart. This is a family-friendly spot, and we will definitely return.
A couple of times a year we make an effort to head on over to Kyoto Palace to get our fix. And each year is a different experience Our chef today was great with my family, made us feel comfortable by speaking spanish (he was asian) and knew allthe right things to say to keep the laughs going. The talent was there and he held it down on the grill. The reason i amgiving them 4 stars and not 5 is because the food was perfect for 5/6 of us. My wife eats gluten and dairy free, because ofallergy, and we were disappointed to experience that the communication made with the server did NOT get passed on to thechef. He put soy sauce on everything which made it with gluten and my wife was not able to eat her food. When you are orderingdo mot be afraid to tell them and also ask for it to be remade, we did not per my wife’s request but I definitely regrettedit.
I visited this restaurant at my granddaughter's suggestion. It had been many years since I dined at a place like this. While it's entertaining to watch the chef prepare the food, it doesn't really allow for enjoying your meal at the right temperature since the rice, meat, and vegetables are cooked sequentially. Most of the dishes were quite tasty, but the New York steak was a bit tough and lacking in flavor. The dinner does come with a soup, salad, and ice cream for dessert.
I visited this restaurant for lunch and found the service to be excellent. However, the food arrived cold, which was disappointing considering the prices charged. The steak was also a bit too salty for my taste. I may consider giving this place another try in the future.
