Subway - Campbell

I always order same sandwich Italian herb and cheese with egg and meat it?s 3rd time same mistake. I?m giving 5 star older dude who is very respectful but I?m done ordering from them

Consistently very slow to get food. At lunch there is just one person making sandwiches even with a line out the door. Also no Specials, always full price and the owner said Subway made them pull swiss cheese and milk off the menu. Owner is unpleasant.

The food and service at the restaurant were excellent. However, I was concerned to see that only one young woman was working there last night. I believe for safety reasons and better customer service, there should always be at least two employees on duty. While I was waiting in line, a couple outside the door seemed suspicious - the man refused to enter, while the woman stood at the door talking quietly with him. He even shined a flashlight into the window, giving me a bad feeling about the situation. It made me realize the importance of having someone else with her. The couple lingered outside, even though it was dark and cold, as the Subway is located in a secluded and poorly lit area. With the neighboring store closed, no one would notice if anything were to happen unless they came in for service. I stayed for a while to keep her company and called the police to do a patrol. I truly hope that the management will implement changes to ensure that all employees are treated with respect, including providing a safe working environment and the ability to handle multiple customers at once.

They do not accept any discounts. There is only one employee working during busy lunch hours, so you may have to wait in line for at least 20 minutes. The management/ owner needs to improve their operations.

The workers at the Kirkwood Plaza Subway location do a great job making sandwiches and are friendly, but they do not allow indoor dining despite advertising otherwise. This goes against the regulations set in place, as it is illegal to falsely advertise indoor dining when it is not allowed. If you are looking to eat indoors, it is advised to visit a different Subway location. The workers cited a lack of staff to clean the dining room as the reason for the restriction.
