Chick-fil-a - Campbellsville

I love Chick-fil-A but I?m always disappointed. This is an express without a drive thru and with a limited menu but what they?ve lacked on the menu they?ve made up for with the convenience of online ordering and curbside pickup. With that being said, theyno longer offer online ordering, curbside pickup, and depending on the day you have to wait for someone to get your drink andeven your ketchup packets. I now wait longer for a Diet Pepsi than I do my food and leave frustrated.

The service was pleasant and the food tasted fine. That being said, the fries were not at all crisp and the chicken was very dark colored. It looked overcooked, but that may be normal for them. Idk.

Overpriced. Got a small drink, waffle fries which was the best part of the $11.90 meal. Small. The chicken seemed heated in the microwave, lettuce looked skeptical. Won?t be going back soon. The place was clean.

Average chicken sandwich. Nothing special about it. Average waffle fries. The marketplace salad is a great item however.

Very good chicken sandwiches and fries. The cheese dip was delicious as well. Friendly staff and very fast service. I will definitely be back again soon in the future!
