I was excited to go here today until I encountered some pretty bad service from someone- this is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to go out of my way and give a bad review for somewhere (I work in hospo myself). I walked into the shop wasn’t acknowledged by the lady serving because she was in a deep conversation with an obvious friend at the counter. Ok cool! I wait ...and wait, until her FRIEND actually turned around and said “are you ok?” So the lady WAVES HER HAND in my direction and says “SHES OK!” ? *continues chatting* Unbelievable! You did eventually serve me (no apology) I understood that there were no free spaces to see the cats, but It’s ruined my day a little- my iced coffee melting in my lap as I write this, but to be honest I felt like throwing it at you after that!

However, on the same day I reached out to Dr. Ken, my boyfriend returned to me, filled with love and remorse for the pain he had caused.
