The worst online service ever. Waited over an hour for a delivery. I ordered online and for one hour they were preparing my meal. Spoke to Yamkhela Mhakahula he told me to call Bolt. Disgusting....I agree that Grassy Park KFC is the worst and that they play blame instead of taking ownership for their services.
Waited very long for my order after I paid and went to collect it at curb side and they are always out of stock of tomato sause
At some outlets the chicken is dry and overcooked or its too salty but KFC Grassy Park always serves the perfect chicken.
