Boston Pizza Hull - Canada

Came here for app and drinks and it was really nice! We sat on the patio and enjoyed the sun! The appetizer we could seemed like fancy McDonald’s (McDonalds is also right behind us) but it was still tasty!

The food is amazing! Everything came hot and fast! The server took a bit of time to come but once he did it was worth it. I'm pretty sure they were in the middle of a shift change! Not a problem drinks were so good. I highly recommend the ceaser.

The food is amazing service is even better. We had a lovely waitress named Juliette who was phenomenal! She has only been working as a waitress for 2 weeks and impressed us very much. We had a table of four with two children. We will be returning :

We went on Friday night around 8pm and it was very busy as expected. Servers were really nice. It took a while to receive our food but it was worth it. Pizza was excellent. Nice atmosphere. The air conditioning was on full blast making it quite cold, bring a sweater!

Disappointed.I ordered online and picked up at the restaurant. Nice hostess. Got home and they had given me an order of fries which I had not ordered, instead of the jalapeño dip. I called and asked for a refund as I was not going out to the restaurant again for their mistake. The hostess had to get the manager’s approval to finally advise they would refund the next day as they were busy at the moment. She took my cc number and phone number. This was Sunday. I have not been reimbursed yet. I went by the restaurant this afternoon, no manager on site until 4pm. Left my number and said I expected a call upon his arrival. Nothing yet. And who knows where my cc information was left??? I am hoping for resolution.
