O'charley's Restaurant Bar

Had great service by our waiter. Clean environment, employees looked like they enjoyed their job. Food was quick, and very good.

Not impressed with the curbside to go. When I walked into the store, the hostess greeted me and asked if I was there for take-out. I told her I was and she said that person would be with me shortly. I noticed a bag of food on the counter, but just patiently waited for my employee. Five minutes later, they arrived and grabbed that food that had been sitting there for who knows how long. I asked to speak to a manager because I had fish in the order and because the hostess could have given me that bag as there was nobody in line. The manager remade the order and it was delicious. O'Charley's, please train your employees to not stand around while customers are waiting for their food right in front of their eyes.

Dinner and staff was excellent!! What a breath of fresh air compared to other restaurants we have been to lately! Our waitress was friendly and speedy! Pam a corporate marketing director was there and made our dining experience even better! Great place and great price for our party of 6! Bathrooms were clean and smelled fresh! We will return!

We had a great experience with Tiffany F. She was very pleasant and attentive to our needs. One of the best waiters I had this year compared to any restaurant I visited. She was patient, polite and sufficient. My only problem was that it was FREEZING COLD in the facility. The food was good, the drinks were good and the bread was fresh! Nice job team!

O'Charley's was wonderful! Husband and I got there 10 minutes before close, we didn't know. Staff was great, polite. We apologized and our server made us feel comfortable and unrushed. Steaks were cooked perfect!. Had a less than pleasant experience last summer at a few locations. Canal Winchester location redeemed them all last night. Nicely done!
