Panera Bread - Canal Winchester

I was first when they opened this morning and the young man in the window was so friendly and patient. It was refreshing to get someone with patience and have no attitude as if I have inappropriate them by ordering food. I'll go on to this place.

The food and service at this restaurant are quite good. The manager, Dan, was very helpful when we encountered a mix-up with our recent order. Although the food isn’t always perfect, it’s good for the most part.

Fantastic establishment with a large, friendly team! Having previously managed bread for Panera and assisted at various locations, I can confidently say this one is by far the best. The managers are always eager to help and are quick to rectify any issues with orders, especially when customers communicate their needs respectfully, without fuss.

I am so impressed with the new management at this restaurant. The other day, I ordered a soup and salad, but I didn’t realize that the salad came with bacon until I was almost home. I called to explain that I don’t eat pork and didn’t know the salad had it in it. They kindly offered to let me return it, and we swapped it out for something else. I truly appreciate their kindness and understanding! It was a wonderful experience with fantastic staff. My salad was fresh and just right.
