Dunkin' - Canandaigua

I don’t visit Dunkin’ very often, but today I was craving a pumpkin spice iced latte. I ordered a medium one, which was advertised for $3.00, but I ended up being charged $4.93. What I received was simply an iced coffee with sugar and cream—there was no whipped cream, no caramel drizzle, and absolutely no flavor. It was nothing like what I wanted or ordered, and it was way too expensive. I'm just shocked by the whole experience.

We made a quick stop for coffee and snacks on our way home, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff were friendly, and everything we had was excellent!

The wake-up wraps are tasty, and the hash browns are good, though they could use a larger portion. Mobile ordering and pickup are the way to go—it's super convenient and helps keep things flowing. The drive-thru is usually quite busy.

We always get out matcha green tea iced latte with almond or oat milk. Always scrumptious. This Dunkin had a drive thru option and inside was very spacious

The workers at this location are insanely rude! We had a Mobil order walked in our food was done when we got there and I saw the coffee that I ordered just out of reaching distance I then attempted to get anyones attention but every worker was purposelyignoring me. There was a worker that walked up and we tried saying something but she just ignored us and purposely put everyother drink on the Mobil order counter other than ours. We now getting frustrated just started asking really loud can someoneplease hand us that coffee being completely ignored. Finally 20 plus minutes later someone?s finally gave it us and was justmaking rude comments
