Írjon visszajelzéstWe recently dined at this restaurant with a large group and had a fantastic experience. The service was exceptional, the atmosphere was lively yet intimate, and the food was absolutely delicious. We didn't have to wait long for our meals to be served (highly recommend trying the Bao burgers and ramen). We will definitely be returning to this restaurant again in the future.
We decided to duck into this restaurant to escape the rain, and were immediately drawn in by its charming and welcoming atmosphere, decorated with many golden maneki-neko (paw-waving cats) at the entrance. We enjoyed the best Ramen we've ever had, especially the pork belly one! It was absolutely delicious. And the Pink Panda cocktail was out of this world!
Value for money is exceptional. Banquet is great value for money and the spring rolls are to die for. Great atmosphere.
Lazy Su is located in Braddon, a hip and happening strip with lots of excellent cafes and eating places. On this occasion, we went for a family dinner. The place is decked out in a kitsch Asian (Japanese) style. We had a small group so we sat at one of those old style cafe seating - the seats were pretty narrow. They do have a couple of large tables for big groups. The whole vibe is fun and casual. The menu is not big but it is well thought through. There are a mix of Japanese and Korean fusion dishes. There are a variety of small dishes that you can share, ranging from baos to raw food (like oysters and sushi). Then there are a small number of large dishes and rice and noodles if you want to bulk up your meal.We ended up sharing the buffalo wings, the pork dumplings, baked sweet potato and the pork belly bao. The buffalo wings were a stand out - they are deep fried, but the chicken inside is very tender and juicy and the sauces complement the flavours perfectly. Baos are the latest thing and we love them. Lazy Su's version is very good. The sweet potato is unusual (maybe it is a common Korean / Japanese dish?? - I don't know) but we really liked it - it comes out as a couple of sweet potato chips on top with a whole baked sweet potato underneath. We also had the pork fried rice and the ramen. Every Chinese / Asian restaurant does a fried rice but not everyone does them well. Lazy Su's version was really excellent - one of the best we've had! The ramen was also very good - the broth was thick and flavoursome, perfectly complementing the hand pulled noodles. All in all, a perfect evening meal for our family.
Absolutely fantastic Excellent spring rolls, dumplings, bao and ramen Faultless food and service Flavours are fresh, ambitious and successful Will definitely be back Very reasonably priced as well $120 for four of us including drinks
