B's Bake Shoppe - Canby

This place is amazing! Canby is lucky to have a bakery of this quality. Everything here is excellent, especially the bread! I appreciate that they don't skimp on flavor like some places do, it's just the right amount of sweetness. The pastry chef and her husband run the bakery and are very welcoming. It's great to support a small family business directly. You can tell that a lot of skill, quality ingredients, and love go into every batch. Would definitely recommend this place!

The owners/operators of this restaurant are friendly and welcoming. The expert and creative chefs create delicious baked goods (especially the peanut butter cookies) and the coffee is also top-notch. I highly recommend trying their sandwiches and homemade ice cream!
