La Bastille - Cancún

This only French restaurant in hyatt ziva is a wonderful surprise. the menu is very clever, the portion is small, so they can order a complete menu and the service was professional and friendly. the highlights of our two separate dinners were the ones and the petty lamming. the mushroom soup was delightful and the baba rhum cake flaming whisper with ice is a delicious and potent desert.

Amazing eating and service. very stylish and romantic ambiente. shout after capitana carmen and waiter javier so we feel special.

We spent 5 nights in hyatt ziva for my birthday and spent 4 nights eating in this restaurant. it's just great and seems better than the last time I heard a year ago. we ate everything on the menu and there was no. a thing we don't enjoy. I'm pretty heavy from restaurants, so I'll say that. if they are French or looking for a truly authentic French experience, this cannot be their favorite. for us it was the best steak, lamb, sea bass and suppen. it's not exactly how they are in paris, but its still tasty. the attention to the details in everything from the drinks to the desserts was impressive. martin the sommellier was a tasty bite and he has great wine options. does not fear the Mexican wine, some of them are delicious.

Dear la bastille they must taste the salmon in sauce, trout liqueur and sweet, meeresbarsch with calfsweet and fried rice ravioli and make sure that they place for the vanilla crème brûlée, amazing drinks.

The duck was amazing, my wife enjoyed the salmon. The real treat at this place is the desserts. I also ate here twice on our stay.
