La Carcasse - Candiac

The braised lamb was an absolute delight tonight, all thanks to the rich flavors from the meat. It's a dish I will definitely enjoy again.

Excellent "BYOW" restaurant—it's a lovely place to visit any day of the week or on the weekend, but be sure to make a reservation. Also, if you have a nut allergy, be cautious, as there are walnuts present in the wine acids!

The ambiance is fantastic! The steaks and short ribs were cooked to perfection! Don’t miss out on the Porto sauce—it's absolutely delicious! You can bring your own wine, too! Just be sure to make a reservation, as it tends to get quite busy.
