We were going to have a traditional lamb Easter meal but a friend tipped us off about this stunning restaurant that serves roasted goat as its speciality. We were absolutely thrilled. The meal was fantastic, the highest quality and totally unique. For dessert we had their speciality pastry multiple layers of delicious thin pastry with cream.

And make a reservation if you are going on a Sunday. This place is packed with people that go there to try the cabrito. Cook with wood in a great brick oven. We were a group of eleven, had a great time with great food. The blood sausages are incredible, we also had chorizo and the salad that came with the cabrito was fresh and crunchy. It is outside Madrid (in La Sierra) but it is a different plan specially for group of friends and family.

Un restaurante muy interesante si te pilla por la zona. Tienen dos salones grandes y un equipo, tanto en cocina como en sala, muy acostumbrado a los servicios con mucha gente. Son ágiles y eficientes en el servicio, pero sin prisas para levantarte. Los boletus que pedimos de entrante, que estamos en temporada, iban un poco pasados de ajo y alguno se había quemado, pero estaban bien. El cordero, asado en un horno de leña que preside el salón, estaba muy rico. Quizá el faltaba el toque crujiente de la piel, por ponerle alguna pega. La ensalada y las patatas fritas (naturales!! con las que hemos acompañado el cordero, bien. Las famosas milhojas de nata y chocolate estaban realmente buenas. Un matrimonio y 2 niños (5 y 9 años hemos pagado 113€, con vino. Buena relación calidad/ precio

Muy recomendable. El servicio estupendo, rápido y amable. La comida excepcional, raciones muy buenas a un precio aceptable. El asado increíble, suave, jugoso, tierno… si pasas por la zona no dudes en visitarlo.
