Cornerstone Theatre - Canmore

The venue was amazing, with excellent staff and service. It's a perfect place for a wedding!! The location is incredibly convenient, with many fantastic accommodation options nearby. I will always remember this experience.

I attended a wedding here, on Thanksgiving weekend and it was amazing. The atmosphere was wonderful. The decor (which the staff put together) was beautiful. A perfect spot for a ceremony and reception. The food was amazing. The bar service was quick and efficient. A nice space for about 120 people.

As soon as my husband and I entered the Cornerstone, we knew that it was our venue! The rustic interior is unlike any other venue in Canmore. It is inviting and cozy with the stone fireplace, the fairytale lights and all the wood details.Working with Pam, April and the staff at the Cornerstone was fantastic! They are so accommodating and will ensure that everything is as you please. From setting up the décor to tearing it down and packing it up for you - they take care of everything. Pam even made sure that my husband and I had a glass of champagne in hand as soon as we got to the reception and packed us up breakfast the following morning as we were too busy to eat as we were mingling with guests.Thank you so much to the Cornerstone for the lovely experience!!

We had a family wedding reception at the Cornerstone Theatre this past August. What a wonderful facility. The rustic looking building was a perfect backdrop for a wedding. THe elegant finishes for the tables and chairs was enhanced by the rustic wooden walls and ceilings. The meal was exceptional. The quality of the food was unmatched. No shortage of food and the staff ensured that the dishes were replenished quickly. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Cannot say enough about what a wonderful time was had by all. Would highly recommend you book this venue for any special gathering you may be planning.

Our daughter and son in law held their wedding reception on a Monday at the Cornerstone Theatre in Canmore, AB in May 2017. Everything was absolutely perfect!! From offering us water or a beverage several times while we were in the receiving line, to monitoring the door all evening to ensure that 'crashers' did not join the party. The food and presentation was fabulous and the DJ kept everyone dancing all night! This really was a PERFECT venue! The atmosphere of the venue has so much character and the service and food were outstanding! Add that you walk in and walk out. . . . no decorating, setting up, renting ****. . . . and everyone has a great time and is not spending time setting up and taking down the venue rather than spending time with family and friends. If you figure out the cost of renting table cloths, napkins, decorations, and the value of your time, this venue is a great choice. Invoicing was very clear and there were absolutely no surprises when the final payment was made. There is not one thing that could have been done differently to make the evening more perfect! Thank you to all the staff!!
