For the woman who worked at noon on Tuesday, November 1st, she needs a new job or a few D! Has she either her pathetic life as a pathetic server? Or just a bad person in general????? Did she sleep with someone to get this job? The Sandtraps Restaurant should hire more professional and friendly staff.

Most likely, many of the problems we experienced were due to the fact that we arrived in the hour before their closure. We understood our position as such of customers, but we had a great first impression thanks to the local atmosphere of the restaurant and the friendliness of the server. She was even honest about the tomato soup not as good as it should be. After the order, however, the experience went south. Our server would serve other tables without looking at us, although we tried to get their attention to order quickly 30 minutes before closing. We waited for about 5 minutes to order, but then we were told 5 minutes later that a special two of my friends was sharing?t available. The server unfortunately assumed that my two friends would still share their new order, and we were annoyed for our friend, because the server either ignored them or tunnel visioning was on closing obligations. The food came about 5 minutes after closing, and we asked for the bill and to pay to help speed up the process of us. But before one of my friends could pay, the server disappeared and probably went, we had to ask someone to pay my friend. That was the service experience, but some of the foods my friends ordered were good as the Tortellini. However, my French onion soup (kept) was simply not on my pleasure and my friend Huhburger was sadly dry. I don't think I'm going to come back at another visit to Canmore, but if I do, I hope I'll prove that during the last hour was the cause of our experience.

Held my great-uncles celebration of life here, the staff were so welcoming and understanding They cleaned up after our giant gathering with no complaints. The food was delicious and service wasn?t too long. Thank you Sandtraps, especially for helping us cherish family.
