Roadchef Costa Coffe - Cannock Chase

I ordered a latte coffee but was given a cappuccino instead. The staff were very rude and seemed annoyed. I would give the food, service, and atmosphere a rating of 1 out of 5.

The staff at this restaurant was terrible. All four of them were talking and laughing with each other while customers were waiting in line. I ordered a caramel latte but they made a plain latte instead, ruining my coffee. When I politely asked for a new one, the staff member got into a heated argument with me. I had traveled a long distance to eat here and this experience left a very bad impression. Service was for takeout and meal type was dinner.

Review: I had a great experience at this restaurant. I was able to park for free for 2 hours, which was very convenient. The service was quick for my take-out breakfast, and the food was delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and there was plenty of parking available in the free parking lot. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for a tasty and affordable meal.

Very efficient queuing and great staff and service, but the coffee was awful , one large latte and one flat white, both very milky to the point we did not finish them, there was a faint taste of coffee but not up to the Costa standard, and one of the most expensive Costas I have ever been in.
