Best sushi I've had in a long time. The staff were very friendly and the sushi fresh and tasty! Great place to fix your sushi craving!

Fresh food and liked the fish which tasted deliciously and prepared with a sauce. Very friendly people.

Small place, has a sushi train but we couldn't get a seat there so sat at a regular table. If they haven't got what you want coming around on the train they make it fresh for you. Prices good - dearest train plate $5.00. Small selection of beers avail. Takeaway avail. Staff friendly and food delicious.

We had a craving for Udon, so stopped by Yatai @ Cannonvale shopping Centre. Busy on a Friday night but the food came quickly. We chose fried tofu which was really tasty but the broth was quite salty, gyoza were delicious, but the Udon were a big let down. My teriyaki chicken was just boiled chicken thigh, 3 tiny pieces of tasteless shiitake mushrooms were like the broken pieces from the bottom of the packet and the broth was likje dishwater. Yatai Sushi does fresh and tasty Japanese cuisine at good value prices. You can dine in at the sushi train or takeaway. Their Karaage Chicken is excellent as are their numerous sushi options from the train. I purchased three plates of different sushi options and a serve of karaage chicken and it came to about $16. Great value lunch.
