Mcdonald's - Canonsburg

The ladies in this McDonald's were extremely organized and efficient. They knew how to do their job and do it right. The food came from the same quality you would expect from every McDonald's franchise. And the new cream cakes are wonderful.

Good, quick service. My burger was not pressed flat like at some other locations. Also they do allow dine in now as of April 15 2021

Upon arriving, I found the parking area outside the restaurant to be clean and inviting. I opted for the mobile order feature, and as soon as I entered, the place looked tidy and had a pleasant aroma. My order was processed promptly and without any issues. The staff was efficient, but their communication was lacking; after I provided my order number, they didn’t say anything and simply handed me my meal. I even said thank you, but received no response. The sandwiches were well-assembled, and overall, I would recommend this McDonald's.

I was in the drive-thru line at Wendy's, but it took too long, so I decided to head to this McDonald's instead. I'm really glad I made that choice because I wasn't disappointed at all. It was probably close to closing time, yet the service was quick, the staff were friendly, and my Quarter Pounder was fresh and hot. The fries were the best I've had in a while, even better than at other McDonald's I've visited. They were fresh, hot, and perfectly salted. I've noticed that many McDonald's skimp on the salt these days, which has left me disappointed with the fries elsewhere.

The restaurant is easily accessible from I-79. The drive-thru service was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly and smiles were abundant, which is refreshing compared to many other McDonald's locations. Plus, they got my order correct!
