Cooks Cafe - Canterbury

I visited this cafe located near the busy Canterbury road one morning and tried the Cooks cafe big breakfast. It was the most delicious and satisfying breakfast I've ever had. The bread was thick, perfectly toasted, and accompanied by lightly seared bacon, baked beans, baby spinach with a delightful balsamic dressing, a hash brown, and a sausage on the side. I also had poached eggs which were cooked perfectly. I will definitely be coming back next time. My partner had the eggs Benedict with smoked ham and also thoroughly enjoyed it. The poached eggs were cooked just right and the hollandaise sauce was delicious.

Used to come here all the time when I first moved into the area however kinda forgot it was there after spending my footprint to other new places that popped up in the past few years not too far. I got the French toast which was delicious. Coffee is by Toby's Estate

Really like this place have been here for breakfast a few times now and love their breakfast salad. They've got a pretty good menu and all the meals I've tried are super tasty. I enjoy the coffee here too I'm pretty sure they serve Toby's Estate. Staff are always friendly and service is quick.

They serve up a delicious haloumi toasted sandwich and the coffee is good. It is a bit pricey for a badly located cafe but they do have a car park at the rear which is shared with Nandos and IGA.

French toast is the best I've ever had!!! Burgers, salads etc all nice and fresh
