Another hidden gem in Canterbury! This Korean BBQ spot is quite popular among the local Korean community, which is always a good sign. The menu may be somewhat limited, but it offers enough variety. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience here. You can park at Aldi and just walk over!

I visited a restaurant that felt quite cold and uninviting. I initially planned to order a hot pot, but it was necessary to get warmed up. The only Korean dish available was served with a singular side of kimchi, which is disappointing; usually, there should be at least five or six side dishes. Instead of red leaf lettuce for the wraps, we were given inexpensive iceberg lettuce, which felt like a downgrade. When we requested a second serving of salad packs, the staff actually accused us of overindulging, which was an odd experience. The ride was tough and uncomfortable. The service was decent, but the atmosphere felt almost stark. Plus, the prices were quite high, especially considering it’s in the CBD of Canterbury. Overall, I cannot recommend this place; while the food is edible, there are definitely better options available.

The main entrance on Canterbury Road is a bit tricky to find. The gold-tinted windows create a uniquely atmospheric vibe as we step through the heavy door. It seems that the locals often use a back entrance leading from the Aldi parking lot, so I’ll keep that in mind for next time. Once seated at our table...

I love this place because they probably didn't change the pass 20 years. it also feels like the old school Korean bbq with its tiny tables and no attention to its deko. price is also decent, so if you want to see korean bbq like the ones they have seen in korean dramas and films, I would recommend this place.

Authentic low-key good old fashioned korean bbq! Dodgy decore, but good service and marinated meats. Very home cooked environment, almost feels like korea from a by-gone era. Be prepared for the eating around the barrels. Hidden gem.
