Herne Bay Fish - Canterbury

We used this fishable for a year. eating is actually quite good when a little expensive pukka pies are about £1 more than they are anywhere else. last week we had delivered a meal and they forgot the salt and...Ginegar the chips are simply not the same without. we were very clear when our order for delivery s0 they mostly left. tonight they have done our order twice wrong! my was initially in order, but my partner has incompatibility and despite clear instructions for no cheese and sauces in her burger, it came with cheese and sauces. we spoke on the phone and asked if they could freshen the whole job as we obviously wanted to eat together. they sent out a new order and took off the whole first order. this time, however, they only sent half chips instead of half chips and full chips, so we didn't even have what they liked our money for. we spoke again on the phone and were put on the ones we were led to believe was the owner. his first reaction was to try to argue and say we should have kept the original chips and the new half was sent as extra. we pointed out that his logic was faulty, as the new burgers arrived the original chips cold and pampered. he then suggested that they send out more chips that would not really help again. then he gave the blame to his personal and bad communication tonight and the other night. we recommended it is his problem and something he should address. he continued to argue events and talked about my wife, at which point I advised him that his service and attitude was terrible. his answer was to say we're just rude. I recommended that we leave the appropriate review and will not use it again. he said we would threaten him. I told him that I simply signed the result of his unstoppable and attentive attitude in relation to the disorganisation and the customer service of his own fishable. as he continued to argue, I recommended that he spoke out of his other way and ended the call. a shame as eating in order, there is a local guy who works there, who is brilliant and would be a good thing for every business and if they are really busy, he is up on everything. we thought he was the owner when he seems to lead the place. but a terrible experience in the last week. Of course, mistakes happen when he just said from the beginning I'm sorry, we got it wrong, come and have a free one on us next time ' as a gesture of good will then we would have accepted that. Instead, nothing was offered and the lacking I unfortunately only came later, although this was followed by several, but that is when he just accused his fellow workers. So they are not risking any delivery, oh and their loyalty card is grossly unfair, as their collection for fish and chips only so my 92-year-old mother, who can't get out and enjoys fish and chips losing twice a week, she has ordered from elsewhere as a success! this owner doesn't deserve her business.

The delivery communication was appreciably called after 45 minutes to check the delivery time of the delivery. told me that the driver was on the way,20 minutes later not arrived. I called again to be told that the driver was outside, was talking about it and disregarded on the phone! again...not true, because the driver was not out! 15 minutes later. they are regularly used, but this is not the case again.

The customer service is terrible. online order, nothing to say how long the order will be. they're supposed to be told 1.5 hours. then they lie where the driver is. waste of money and time

The food was amazing! Staff where very friendly. Definitely will be coming again. The place was very clean and tidy.
