Braum's Ice Cream Dairy - Canyon

I haven't had a Braum's in the areas where I've lived for the past decade, so discovering the one in Canyon, Texas was a delightful surprise. I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger and some crinkle fries, and it felt like I was in cheeseburger heaven. The friendly staff made my experience even better. By the way, you have to try the Braum's sauce—it's tangy and spicy!

Hello everyone! It's Chris here, and I'm unfortunately here to share that this Braum's has really declined. I hate to say it because Braum's has been one of my favorite fast food burger joints. Sadly, none of our orders were correct. The patties tasted pre-cooked, the cheese seemed low quality or possibly fake, the fries were barely warm, and the cherry limeade was downright awful—not even close to what it should be. The limes weren't even squeezed; they were just thrown in a cup. I'm genuinely disappointed, and I don't think I'll return or recommend this place. I worked at a Braum's during high school, so it pains me to say this, but I promised to be honest in my reviews. So, there you have it!

Oh my goodness, my food was ice cold, as if it had been sitting out for a long time. I really love Brums, but I won't be stopping there anytime soon in the future.

I enjoyed my visit, and had a nice conversation with the cashier.

This bigger lady was rude during drive through and gave us messy cones with it dripping horrible customer service when certain mangers are not there
