Plookys Cajun Boiling Pot - Canyon Lake

Had the pound shrimp cook, potatoes were brilliant, sausage, corn all great. All seasoned to perfection, usually add Cajun Seasoning to everything, not necessary, butter from the squeeze bottle was killer!

Great place. We have been going to Plookys every since it opened and have found it great every time. We have frequently taken friends along, and everyone we have introduced to it has gone back on their own. If you like Cajun, you will love Plookys!!

Dream Come True. Last night was our first night at Plookys and tonight was our second night. It's that good. The crawfish are large with claw meat and the shrimp are fresh. We ate 4 lbs of crawfish last night and had shrimp, crawfish, boudin, and gumbo tonight. Wonderful atmosphere and Todd and Kaci made us feel right at home. Butcher paper on the table is just perfect and the key lime pie is just the right finish for the meal Todd has crawfish year around which is a wonderful treat. We'll be back for more soon. BTW, the website says 3-10 but hours are actually 3-9, closed Tue and Wed.

Ate there a few weeks back and was well pleased . It was awesome, great food, friendly staff and heading back tonight. Forgot BYOB last time but wont tonight
