Prices were great! The place was pretty warm inside and I was sweating. It was indeed charming but some of the signs were a little much. Where I was sitting I was staring right at at a sign that said We 're politically incorrect, we say Merry Christmas and support our troops/police and say God Bless America and if you are offended you can LEAVE . I mean, do people actually get offended by those things? I 'm certainly not, but the sign put an aggressive atmosphere on the whole dining experience to me. A simple Thank you for your service sign and Christmas decorations when it 's December would have felt more welcoming. Like we 're all just trying to eat some breakfast not try to figure out if we fit the right political view to be able to eat here lol. The front entrance was pretty crowded with people waiting and paying, it was hard to feel not in the way.
Great food and full servings with local rural charm. Perfect choice for breakfast.
Very busy but the food was tasty. Make sure you make a reservation or have time to wait. Great breakfast before hopping on a cruise.
We found this place on our way home and was a gem. The breakfast was delicious, the waitress was servicial and was very friendly. They have a variety in their menu to choose, definitely it’s a place worth to visit.
Wow.. what a breakfast…. One friendly warning: the portions are HUGE! Especially the pancakes and the biscuits- we wanted to eat it all, but just couldn’t fit it. The southern eggs Benedict with fried chicken was INCREDIBLE. It was a special on the menu, so if they have it when you go, get it! The coffee was perfectly hot…. The potatoes were delicious (home fries or hash browns, can’t go wrong). The French toast was also scrumptious. Worth the wait! Yummy! And Cindy was fantastic!
