Being a food truck parked at a gas station I was surprised by the quality of the food. To follow suit with other reviews the Cubano sandwich is delicious. But the wait is a bit excessive, over 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches.

I read an article about this place.I had high expectations about visiting but was very disappointed with my Cuban sandwich I received. It had a very small amount of ingredients. The meat was overcooked bearly chewable pork and the single piece of ham was put on the grill and was also dry and overcooked and very salty. I wish I could be leaving a stellar review but unfortunately I cant.

Can't do fast food but I was on the go and came across this food truck. I got a few different items and everything was flavorful. They were quick, reasonably priced and friendly.
